Our nonwoven bag making machine is mainly designed for making flat-bag, shoes bag, etc. It is ultrasonic weld.
Features:
1. The non-woven bag making machine is controlled by computer, and it adopts step-motor to feed materials, (servo motor is optional).
2. The machine fixes the length at random, and has accurate and stable photocell tracking. If any bag missing it will stop running automatically.
3. It has Automatic Air Pressure Punching and auto thermostat and it has automatic stopping while the materials are not in regular work.
4. It has automatic meter counter and can set the counting alarm.
5. The material feeding is controlled by photocell, and it can automatically correct the error while locating the materials.
6. The bottom of bag is welded in roll-type by ultrasonic to ensure the substance and stability.
7. It is suitable for making non-woven shopping bag, non-woven flat bag, shoes bag and so on.
