Characteristics
TY-400
is the structure of vertical injection molding machine for vertical mode
locking vertical injection molding machine, compact structure, small floor space,
using direct pressure mode locking structure, high precision of mold locking,
long service life.
Using
the Taiwan HONGXUN computer control, color screen, CPU operation speed, the
action fast conversion speed, smooth transition. The COMPUTER has the following
functions: temperature control using PID, make the temperature control more
accurate, easy to process adjustment, PID temperature control can be the actual
temperature control at the desired temperature is very small(+10) range, ensure
the quality of products: electric heating function reservation, improve
production available time, increase the efficiency of fault; the abnormal
situation monitoring, display and alarm: has 100 sets of die forming process of
storage function, as long as each replacement die corresponding number invokes
the stored data can avoid the artificial process, each die change caused by
instability.
