Use:

The Double Die Head Two-Color Striped Film Blowing Machine Set is composed with two screw stems and cylinder with one die head, it adopts the device of two different plastic materials, which can blow different kinds of striped vest bags (shopping bag), it can get colorful bags without printing, with such features as beautiful colors, average stripe, logical structure, advanced technology, even rewinding and high output. 　This machine set is used for blowing Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic film to make various vest bags and flat-rim bags which have been widely used for packing in the food industry, garment industry and textile industry etc.

Features:

1. The full set machine is made of two sets main motors, two cylinders and one layer die head, feeding by two cylinders. Extruding with one die head and traction rewinding device, it can improve the quality of striped film.
2. The screw stem and cylinder ate made of 38CrMoAl high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitrogen treatment, which has high hardness, strong resistance to corrosion, durable service. Scientifically designed, this machine set has two heads for one extruder with such advantages as increasing production capacity, saving energy, labor force and workshop area, etc.
3. The die head is plated with hard chrome, of screw mandrel type structure with even and smooth discharging, the blown plastic film has fine finishing, and the blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.
4. The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, which is driven by torque motor, and make rewinding smooth and easy to changing.
