Introduction:
The machine specially produces a great of variety data pocket in stationary industry. The process from raw material to finished product can be completed on full auto production line so that it can save product cost and increase output. The machine adopts OLC system to control AC servo motor for dead length and touched human machine interface, and equipped with ultrasonic knurl, pneumatic punching, and electric thermal gold-import. In order to increase the output the second generation machines (two line machines) have been successfully developed. The second generation machine has double output in making eleven-hole data pocket and can process raw material.
